PAYMENT

Please send the full amount due to our office ( address at the bottom of the page ) now, or a 25% deposit now and the balance at least 28 days before the commencement of the course. When we receive your payment we will contact you by telephone and letter to confirm the course dates.

CANCELLATION

In the event of a student cancelling a course 28 or more days prior to the commencement of the course, every effort will be made to resell the course. If the course is resold the student will be liable for 10% of the course fee by way of a handling charge. If the course is not resold the student shall be liable for 25% of the course fee (i.e. the deposit).

If the student cancels a course between 14 and 28 days before the commencement of the course the student shall be liable for 50% of the course fee.

Should the student cancel less than 14 days before commencement of the course then the full course fee shall be payable.

It should be noted that in exceptional circumstances (e.g. bereavement), the full course fee may be refundable in all cases. This decision rests with the Principal or his appointed deputy.

Should very severe weather conditions cause the cancellation of a course then every effort will be made to accomodate the student on a later course that is convenient to the student. If this proves impossible, or should the school cancel for any other reason the full course fee shall be refundable.

LIABILITY

The Sea School or any of its employees or any person subcontracted by us shall not be liable for loss or damage to students' property nor for any injury or illness suffered by any student for whatever reason or cause.
